At this point a few of us are busy with, you might call a project. In July '98 we plan to leave from the Netherlands for Perth (Western Australia) and travel by motorbike (Yamaha XT 500 en XS 650) via the Canning Stock Route to Darwin, Northern Territory. As you can read in the CSR info page, it is not something to be taken lightly. Seeing there is no means of support, save a fuel dropping approx. half way, we'll have to take along everything we might possibly need. Besides the 3 motorbike riders, 2 drivers will tag along in a large four-wheel drive with supplies. Preparations are well underway and I must admit it's good fun!
